OR if you would like to move more and get to know walking friends, join Elmwood/Murdock group that starts walking challenge on January 1st through January 31st. You can record steps or miles walk or ran - they enter their own goal on a team spreadsheet within the Facebook page. Over 100 people have joined the Facebook group so there is interest with all ages. What a great way to get healthy and stay healthy.

Enrollment for the 2019-2020 Cass County 4-H year is currently open.  If you have a child age 5 (by January 1st) through age 18, and are interested in joining 4-H, it’s time to enroll.  Enrollment is completed on-line at https://ne.4HOnline.com.  Maybe you have some friends already in 4-H; ask them which club they belong to.  If you need help selecting a club, call the Extension Office at 402-267-2205.  The office is open 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
