at the Manley Community Center, 115 Cherry St, Manley, NE for the application of Special Use Permit; Single
Family dwelling, under C-1 General Commercial District Zoning: Village lots 3 & 4 Blk 3.]

By Ordinance, the Village of Manley established Zoning & Subdivision Regulations in June 2010. Zoning affects every building and use within the city limits of the Village of Manley and a one mile radius of Manley. No building, structure, or land shall be used or occupied, and no building or structure or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, moved or structurally altered except in conformity with all of the Zoning Regulations specified for the district in which it is located.

No building or other structure, including fences, shall be erected, moved, added to, or structurally altered without a building permit first having been issued by the Village Zoning Administrator.
